Correct condo form, unit number present (or an em-dash, never blank), every project & unit section complete, sales grid, and the full signature and attachment set.
HUD Data Plate logic: if a box is marked yes, the matching data-plate and certification-label photos must be in the report. Crawl-space photo required. Septic commentary checked.
